It is one of the varieties of local apples we press to make the cider. We use this style of apple together with a combination of other local traditional types to make this cider for this Non pareil, its unique and bery Shropshire. Cider, is sold as Sweeney Mountain (refreshing, traditionally produced, medium dry) and Elevate (sparking medium dry and bursting with apples) ciders. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNonpareil is perfect served neat as a digestif.
